These have a fair amount of wear, but are still OK. You can still see part of the radius at the top of the splines. Clean all the old grease off, smear them with fresh grease, and send them back out on the road.
The fact that most of the wear is very high up means that the wheel that has been on this hub is likely much more worn than the hub, as it is only catching the upper parts of the spline rather than the complete flank. This is not uncommon, as wheels get mixed and matched or rotated over the years
