The two sheet metal screws holding the hood to the header rail at the corners of the windscreen should have Flanged Countersunk Finish Washers. These differ from commonly available countersunk washers in that they incorporate an additional flat section to firmly grip a larger area of the material, spreading the load and minimizing the chance of a tear over time.  The screw itself is a flat headed Pozidriv, though an oval headed screw would also suffice.
