As you near the outer corners, you WILL get these three wrinkles. One on either side of the heat-welded seam and another near the bound edge, somewhere under my thumb. The important part is to glue the material tightly and smoothly to the back edge of the lip. That is what is going to hold tension on the top for the next decade or so.
