The high-capacity tank is almost a perfect drop-in (lift -up?) fit. One small hole misalignment I attribute to factory MG build quality, easily remedied with a round file.
The built-in fuel sender gave perfect Ohm readings empty and full to match the stock gauge. Any misreading is probably the gauge’s fault. We had previously replaced the old thermal voltage stabilizer with a a solid-state unit, for a constant 10V signal. You should too.
AN Adaptors and push-lock hose ends are from a local speed shop. Push-lock hose is cheap, alcohol compatible and good to 200 psi.
