Significant reshaping was required to make the new patch panels match the original rear fenders. The door is slightly ajar in this picture, which makes the lower gap appear more snug than it actually is. You can also see how I re-formed the outer sill to match the curvature of the original fenders. They were almost 1/4” too large...
